Re post the last working config I've made so much changes to my files here, I'm not sure what's what anymore  :hysterical:

Update:

This is the config.plist I used with my rig with El Capitan, not sure if it works with Sierra, give it a try!

The current BIOS version is F22, maybe you need to update the BIOS.

But first Replace the EFI folder of your bootloader with this one and then if it didn't work update your BIOS then try again

With this folder I'm able to boot into macOS 10.12.5

I tested on my own rig.

Update the bios, now let's see booting from the pen drive directly from the bios...

So here we are... What do you think about it? maybe should I change some bios settings?

Have you updated the BIOS to F22? If you didn't do so.

if you did, plug in the flash drive and go to BIOS and on each page in BIOS press f12 that will save a snapshot of the BIOS page inside the EFI partition of the flash drive, mount the EFI partition in macOS and compress the pictures you saved and post them here to see what's wrong.

when you see the gigabyte logo press f12 for boot menu.

With the pen drive connected of course

Edit:

In BIOS under BIOS section set:

Windows8/10 to Other OS

CSM Support= Disabled

It must be right beneath the Windows8/10

if it is set to other os you can change it to Windows 8/10 and after saving the bios and rebooting you'll be able to see it.

Edit:

I added the KernelPm because after the BIOS update you'll need it.

I did all. It seems not able to boot in mac os from pen drive or hard drive, only in windows. I will wait for a while because could take a bit for go to the other step but seems the same position as before to change the last two settings in bios...

It just fail booting.
