Crash after modifying AMD9510Controller.kext

Hi everyone!

I have been trying to get Sierra 10.12.4 up and running for the past few days. Yesterday I finally did an install (thanks to all the forum posts!), and got audio and ethernet running. The only thing I can't seem to figure out is how to get my MSI RX 480 4gb to be recognized. It currently displays by VRAM as 7mb.

I see that everyone's build and steps to resolve this can be quite different, but it seems to all involve modifying AMDRadeonX4100.kext and AMD9510Controller.kext. After I modify both files by adding 0x67DF1002 to the IOPCIMatch, it freezes during boot. In verbose, this is where it stops and the display starts to artifact.

The weird thing is that I can boot into safe mode and it recognizes the RX 480 with 4gb of vram! Both my monitors work in safe mode as well! They are plugged into the RX480 via DisplayPort and DVI.

I narrowed it down to the AMD9510Controller.kext that is causing the crash. I can modify AMDRadeonX4100.kext and the system will boot fine (without recognizing the RX 480). It only seems to crash on boot after modifying AMD9510Controller.kext. I have tried different settings in Clover Configurator to see if something would allow it to boot successfully. I've tried 'Inject ATI' on and off, 'Inject Intel' on and off, used a Fake ID for ATI, changing SMBIOS to different iMacs,

I have attached my config.plist too. Even if there is no hope, thank you for this forum! Wouldn't have gotten this far without all of your work!

Build:

ASRock Z97 Killer

Intel i7 4790

2 x 8gb DDR3

MSI RX 480 4gb

Thank you for Matthew82 for your help! Unfortunately I get a blank screen halfway through the normal boot (with and without a modified AMD9510Controller.kext). In safe mode, it duplicates one of my monitors. Acer XFX240H (1) doesn't exist but my mouse cursor can go to this non-existent monitor. This monitor is through a displayport.
