Radeon HD2350 & HD3650 in El Capitan

Hi.
I don't know where to post about this so if it's needed, please move this thread.

I need to install a Radeon HD2350 (64 Mb) onto El Capitan, or at least a Radeon HD3650 (512 Mb).
The 2350 have the same chip as the 2400/xt.
I tried a few things, but to no avail.
So , can you help me, please?
