Stuck at reboot loop with nvidia web driver

After never getting a successful install of 10.11 on my current build I decided to try Sierra. Basing a config off of an Asus c612 archive I was able to get to the desktop rather quickly, and excited to see all of my ram was recognized, as well as all four GPUs, albeit not with the right VRAM, etc. Now I'm back to the same issue that held me up with 10.11, a reboot just after the GPU's are loaded/registered. Without the NVidiaWeb flag the system will boot immediately, obviously without QE/CI. I've tried SSDTs to inject GPU parameters, AGDPfix.app, Lila/NvidiaFixup kexts, emu-variable driver installed/removed. Any thoughts on what may be causing this?

It is well documented, at least for Nvidia compute junkies, that Mac OS X only supports 2 Nvidia GPUS per system. Chances are if you were to say remove 3/4 GPUs it should work and then re-introduce the second it should continue to work.

Also please post your Clover EFI folder so we can verify that there is no additional setting(s) that is holding you back.

Thanks for the reply. I actually wasn't aware of the GPU limit but have been reading up on it. Kind of a bummer, I'll try with one GPU as soon as I can pull it out of the rack.

Clover config attached.

*Update-Apparently CSM Support got turned back on somehow. With it disabled I now get a black screen with active caps lock key.
