Perfect Install of Yosemite 10.10.5 P8P67-m Pro GTX 950 i5 750 no longer working after security update

I had a perfect install working for my Asus P8P67-m Pro, i5-750 GTX 950 using the 2300 custom bios, speedster enabled that I installed in early 2016. My daughter accidentally allowed a security update which interfered with the graphics card. Rather than fix the graphics driver with the update I stupidly decided to do a clean install. However using the exact methods as before I cant get past boot. I am using the following which is installed with the drive internal on a Mac Pro

 

10.10.5 with the latest security update installed

Custom bios for power management

chimera 4.10

Custom DSDT

SSDT for 4.2 Ghz OC

SMBIOs for iMac12,2
