remove fakecpuid in ur config.plist

u dont need it

Hardware acceleration has been fixed by adding  shikigva=60 in boot arguments. Another question, if I add wifi/bluetooth card  or update the bios of motherboard, DSDT must be updated.

Thanks MaLd0n, the dsdt working great!

Just a minor issue with my monitor (displayport connection), black screen on wake up, need to turn off and on for view desktop, but its fine.

Another issue with wake up, my usb drives are ejected, but i read the gigabyte boards have this issue.

A final question> with the DSDT you gave me, i need to mantain the usb kernel patches? (attached pic)

Thanks for everything! your work is awesome!

MaLd0n,

After testing and geekbench etc everything is running very smoothly. I installed Intel Power app and noticed I am not boosting to 3.9GHz on my 6600k.  What is best way to resolve this?

ohh, it's true, is a old problem in 6600k

Some ppl in IM or other Forum report it

U can try generate one SSDT

Run it

SSDT_Automator.zip

generated files in desktop, put in folder Clover/Acpi/Patched

Check here, one tuto with 6600k

http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/323912-guide-sierra-high-sierra-on-ga-z170m-d3h-dsdt/

work very good, but turbo stuck in 3.6GHZ

Use power button for wake

attachicon.gifDSDT.PB.zip

last one it is most bad ...despair most pci devices ...no sound ... I dont test if sleep or not... not can patch first dsdt ?  where I dont have nvidia sound in pci listing , no sound on hdmi or dp , no sleep , but all rest pci devices are there  ( network card , wifi etc etc)

i think u need a fresh install, have a strange things

HDMI audio, 90% pascal don't work with patch(HDMI audio work only in DP), many ppl use VoodooHda for HDMI Audio and AppleAlc for onboard audio, work good

if ur hdmi audio work, we dont need apply patch in device, and if _DSM cause problem in ur HDMI audio, dont apply

Sleep, the _PRWs is removed, if dont work u need check what cause problems, all USB, lan, etc don't wake more

Hello I have a build with the following specs:

Intel core i7 7800x

Tuff-X299 Mark 2
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

32GB DDR4 Ram

I have tried everything to get this beast of a machine to run macOS High Sierra I even tried your clover file with my machine before posting this I have yet to have any luck sadly. I was wondering if you could help out as I am truly stuck. I either get memory allocation error, usb errors (something about usb2 failing to connect - even though I have 3.0 and was using it in the 3.0 slot) I't just super frustrating.
