My end goal is *just to be able to use TURBO* with my Xeon, as it's been stuck running at non-turbo frequency since I built this hack two years ago. Please help me, haha. Under Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology.. : 1 (enabled). Intel SpeedStep is DISABLED in BIOS but it's showing as ENABLED in the script. I thought this didn't matter? I've tried it both ways. No matter what I do it shows enabled in the script. 2. Under MSR_TURBO_RATIO_LIMIT............(0x1AD) : 0x2020202020202020 it's showing that at every C state my limit is 3200. Shouldn't some be lower? I thought they were before but I have no idea what changed. 3. I tried removing the kernel patch for Haswell-E, I can boot with or without it. WTF? 4. I do not have VoodooTSCSync or NullCPUPowerManagement installed 5. I enabled enhanced C1 state in BIOS. 6. I am running Sierra 10.12.2. I am not sure if the patches I'm using work on this version. r2tincan Posted February 18, 2017 Author Share Posted February 18, 2017 You didn't generate a CPU pm SSDT with Pike's script? Sorry, yes I did. It recongnized my CPU without issue. I used the -m MacPro6,1 and -x 1 flags. I then generated vectors based on iMac16,2 and 17,1, and MacPro6,1 without much difference. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
