You'll have to apply a patch to get it running with 36 compute units.

It's also possible to run it without the gt610!

I don't think it's possible without the helper card... well I haven't seen it yet @okrasit

@Matthew82

R9 290X can without helper card.

New RX4x0 can't without helper card.

I just finished setting up macOS Sierra 10.12.4 on my X99P-SLI, but I can't get audio to work at all. Any pointers for how to get audio working? Also, my USB 3.1 and USB-C ports don't work either.

VoodooHDA might work? For USB you should edit your dsdt, rename the hubs.

Stop the mobo's bios from loading the gpu vbios on boot -> edit the vbios to have invalid device ids. The downside is, you'll have no bootscreen.

Interesting

I spent a lot of time with someone on here trying to get a GTX 650 (that works OOB great for long time), and a RX 270X going at same time. I forget which but one was always blank, both gpu's would come up as GPU0 instead of GPU0/GPU1 (or is it GFX0?) regardless of dsdt modifications. Nice though!
