So, I got my Hackintosh up and running a couple days ago, but one day I booted it up and was greeted with a bunch of colored lines all over the screen. Ever since then I haven't been able to use my 980TI...I'm on 10.12.3 with the latest web drivers.

Specs: CPU: 6800k mobo: ASUS A II RAM: 32GB GPU: 980 TI MSI

The original guide I followed was here: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/the-perfect-customac-pro-built-x99-a-ii-i7-6800k-crucial-ballistix-sport-lt-gtx-980-ti.211621/

Like I said, it worked flawless for about 2 days and then randomly stopped and I haven't been able to get it to go since. If I boot with nv_disable=1, it boots. Yes, I have also tried thew new graphics installation method from Clover with NvidiaWeb. Same problem.

I've researched all over online and haven't gotten anywhere. If it's any useful information, Windows 10 is able to see and use the 980TI just fine. Windows is installed on a completely separate drive from OSX. The OSX drive was also unplugged during windows installation so I know Windows shouldn't have caused this. Is it possible that after installing Windows 10 (on a separate drive) and then installing the drivers from Nvidia that it would mess anything up for OS X?

this is what it looks like when booting up with the drivers installed and GPU not disabled. http://imgur.com/a/GoV1l

if it's of any use, when I shut it down after the colored lines (because it just sits there) it boots up and the motherboard brings up a screen saying "overclock failed. Hit f1 to run system repair" or something along those lines. I'm not sure if that's relevant information or not. I have done nothing in the BIOS to attempt an overclock. I strictly followed the BIOS settings in the guide linked above.

This is my config file if it helps at all:
