NOTE: content of the files goes to /Volume/EFI/EFI/CLOVER/{.,ACPI,kexts}

(Sierra was not touched -- no alternation of any kind)

ich7 UHCx series dont need USB patches

EHCI need only clock id

smbus dont need id, the patch load correct series ichx

I apply lpc ich7, ich10 is other series

remove unused devices
