Late 2012 iMac won't turn on

Hey everyone, new guy here.  I'm hoping that someone can give me some guidance.

My late 2012 27" iMac will not turn on - nothing at all when I push the power button, hold it down, etc.  I tried resetting by unplugging the power cord for 15 seconds.  I removed the screen to access the 4 LEDs and when it is plugged in the bottom LED (#1 I'm assuming but could be #4?) flashes and when I hold the power button it flashes faster.  No other LEDs on at all.  I assumed that it was a bad power supply and replaced it with one I got on eBay.  It did not change anything.

Does anyone have any experience with this problem?

I'm a newbie here, so I might be wrong, but this is the sub for "Hackintosh" computers. That means NON-Apple computers with OSX loaded on it. You might want to try another section of this forum for Mac product related questions. Sorry if I overstepped my bounds as a n00b, just trying to help.
