macboy89 Posted December 24, 2016 Share Posted December 24, 2016 I Got an Dell Inspiron 1721 with no OS Installed and i want to install Mac OS X Snow Lepoard on it but my CD RW DVD R Drive is broken can i install Mac OS X 10.6 on it with just a 8gb Usb or 32gb usb flash drive ? I looked up your specs though and it looks like you have ATI Xpress1270 for graphics which no one ever got working. Without supported graphics it's not worth installing OS X in my opinion. Integrated graphics working on AMD CPU-powered laptops was never successful. At most you could get native resolution with a hack but you still lack graphics acceleration which makes everything slow.
