Can't create a working usb installer - Intel NUC 6i3syh

Hi everyone, I know this is a dumb question but i am new to the world of mackintosh and i can't figure out how to create the install drive.

i first looked at this guide:

since my system has a skyline cpu, but i can't find the tool mentioned in the guide!!!  (El Capitan Skylake USB-V7).

So i started looking at this second guide:

I followed it and it was pretty straight forward, i created the usb but once i tried to boot up from that drive clover shows up i try to boot from the usb but i got this error:

 

OsxAptioFix2Drv: Starting overrides for System\Library\CoreServices\boot.efi

 

Using reloc block: no, hibernate wake: no

here are my specs:

BIOS: latest version (0054) -> https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26337/BIOS-Update-SYSKLi35-86A-?product=89190         UEFI

 

CPU: skylake intel i3 6100U 2.3 Ghz

 

GPU: intel hd 520

 

RAM: 8gb crucial 2133 Mhz (2x4gb)

Hi, did you configure your BIOS settings correctly? What bootflags are you using?
