Windows 7

Guys, not sure where to post this, so this seems most appropriate place.

OK so im running Sierra 10.12.1 on the spec in my signature, now, on my other empty 1TB HDD in my system, which had windows 10 on, id like to re-install using Windows 7, i really dont like 10.

So problem is i wiiped the drive as GPT in sierra, so, ive tried creating a win 7 usb and dvd, but i cant get it to install, I want to install it in UEFI mode, i can boot it as legacy, but then thats back to NTFS and thats not what i want.

Can anyone advise me of these things -

1 - do i need a normal x64 iso of windows?

2 - do i burn it to dvd or usb, which is easiest and how?

3 - how do i then get the said media to boot from uefi cd drive, or clover.

Looked and cant find a tutorial anywhere that helps, Bootcamp is only letting me do windows 10.

Is this still possible, or am i going to have to re-install 10, any help appreciated.

Thnx.
