Hi guys,

I've been trying to get mavericks (10.9.5) to run properly on my system for a few days now, and still got a few problems.

After installing with Clover ethernet and audio didn't work. The vram of HD 4600 was only 6 mb.

So far I got this working:

- Sitecom WLA-2100: http://www.osx86.net/files/file/4460-all-in-one-kext-for-realtek-chip-wireless-usb-adapters/

- Onboard audio: https://github.com/toleda/audio_CloverALC

- Ethernet: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/88-realtekrtl8111-binary/

(havn't tested the connection yet, but at least it's showing up in network preferences now)

This isn't working (properly)

- Intel HD 4600

I only got 6 MB VRAM, have to use Fake ID 0x80860516 for IntelGFX in Clover Configurator in order to boot.

- App Store

Can't log in (Your device or computer could not be verified.)

I would upload my config.plist so people can look into it but apparently I'm not permitted to do that. I did however attached a bootlog. All help on making my system run properly will be highly appreciated.

Cheers

Thnx I will try that and post an update on how it went.

A thing i don't understand is the following: I had mavericks installed on this system, and Intel HD4600 worked (1536 MB VRAM). I reinstalled because I messed up the SMBIOS and didn't know I could boot with a config.plist from an USB with clover installed. After reinstalling the graphics still worked for a couple of days, but after a few days the VRAM suddenly was 6 MB. I didn't make any changes before the VRAM changed.

This morning I recovered the system from a point before I messed up the SMBIOS, but still the VRAM is only 6MB. Is that because time machine doesn't do anything with the EFI partition?

By the way.. shouldn't HD 4600 work out of the box?

Your monitor is connected via VGA? If it is connected via VGA you won´t get QE/CI, you will need to connect monitor via HDMI, then you need only to inject intel in clover.

My board is also the same for you, and the graphics also.

Best regards.

<key>ig-platform-id</key>
<string>0x0d220003</string>

ethernet must be in en0

maybe is not the case .. check that

good hack

I installed the kexts, but I don't know what else to change.. the only thing I understand is that the fake-id should be put to 0x80860412?

My monitor is connected with DVI. When I use inject intel without fake-id the mavericks won't boot..
