I got banned on tonyMacx86, what do I do?

Update: added images adn reddit post

I got banned because I mentioned in a reply about vmware. I won't repeat what i said, in case i will get banned here.

I'm pissed because I have wrote hackintosh guides on Tonymacx86 that have tens of thousands of views, and somehow, all my contribution to the site, is completely ignored, and all my guides and posts are deleted.

And there is no way I can log out of the banned account, meaning I cannot contact admin, cannot see post, cannot do any {censored} thing.

Anyone has any idea what i can do to get my account back?

Thx in advance.

Reddit:

I just got banned on tonymacx86, I used to love contributing my work over there, thought it was a very welcoming and open forum, apparently it is not.

Here is some images from google cache of my previous contribution, and also images of ban email/message.

Well, great! you're gonna free up your browser from cancer now, welcome to IM, where TM is a no-no and any post is good as long as you abide by the fair rules (quite better than TM, like talking about VMware and AMD are totally allowed -there is even a forum for Virtualization-, no warez or any illegal stuff tho) also, the @dM1nZ wont ban you from the first try, moderators will warn and/or edit your post to comply with the rules here, repeating it again will surely be followed by a ban (totally normal, logic, right?)

Anyway, you're free to make guides as long as they are TMtools-free.

Wow just got an email my account will not be unbanned.

So rediculous lol, i once thought it's an open community, and kid you not, i spent over 40 hours writing tutorials article and help people install hackintosh on there... This is fking bs.

You posted: "... Using Sierra in VMWare right now, actually perform better than my hackintosh..."

Apple does not supply a pre-built virtual machine image of OS X. Any pre-built image downloaded is a pirated copy of OS X. Additional using any of these images on VMware under Windows requires a cracked version of VMware.

The tonymacx86 site does not condone piracy or the use of illegally acquired software. Any use, discussion, links to or mentions of a pre-built VM, torrent, distribution, downloaded, copied, cloned, hacked or modified installer of the operating system will result in an instant ban and account deletion. Piracy is ILLEGAL and NOT TOLERATED.

Your account will not be reinstated.

it's a bid stupid to ask "why I got banned on site A" by writing post on site B imho.

make a new user there and ask there

Problem is I have several tutorial article written on tonymac, and Im not getting it back now and nobody can view them anymore.

This is so fking sad

Look, they got it all wrong, you can LEGALLY make vmware images (im not talking about premade ones around the web), check here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?/topic/309654-Run-Vanilla-OS-X-El-Capitan,-Sierra,-Yosemite-or-Mavericks-in-VirtualBox--5.0.10-on-a-Windows-Host (it has another link for VMware version)

Also, VMware and VBox have the support for OS X, and no need for cracked versions whatsoever!! It's a patch (as you may also know) and it's supported and maintained in this forum! (Check the download section)

Then again, you're free from cancer now, you can post all your guides here and preserve them (as long as they comply with the rules here, we do not support TM's tools, however i would like to clear that out: TM has some good threads made by developers and they are TMtools-free, also linking to them or some answer is ok (imo, and I dont think the rules will say otherwise), but having the answer here then just source them out would be better for everyone (you acknowledge the original poster and also make this forum more collaborative and grow our community better).

Good luck!

Forogot to add: see that they didnt even bother to make someone send the mail but a freaking bot.

Yes. We are all stealing from apple and there should never be such hypocrisy about it.

yeah i don't understand the logic at all..... like are you serious, permanent ban because of one thing I said? That has never been the best practice anywhere.

I'm over it now, fk the tutorial I wrote, I know how to make USB, edit DSDTSSDT, edit clover, etc, it sucks others can't see my post, but if I can ever get my account back, I'm moving my 4000 word tutorial out of the cancer site.

Sorry, no offence, this: " :hysterical: " is for the thing that you want to return to them, but they do not want you. Why do you care?

You should agreed that they are stupid (about piracy that is not piracy), so why follow them?

I CAN ASSUME THAT I CAN RUN MACOS VIRTUALIZED ON MY MAC ALSO IN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA W/O BREAKING ANY LAW OR EULA???

Also we cannot give you advice on how to restore your account on a site that is against our own rules:

Welcome to insanelymac

I thought it is a open friendly community, and since all the tools i used is built by rehabman, i assumed I can help out other community members there.

It sucks this happened, and I can't get my articles back. but what can i do lol.

I used google cache to get my post back, although a little dated. Here is the guide for P650SE P650SG:

**Update 4 (September 21, 2016) : I'm setting up a live stream for X4E2 unboxing and review, join if u feel like it. Live Stream Unboxing and Review Time pre-scheduled: Oct 2, 2016@ 18:00 EST (UTC-5). Here is a Google Calender / Apple Calender Invite using evite(no registration required): http://evite.me/vnRaFfMjrV , also added macOS Sierra upgrade steps and notes.**

**Update 3 (September 15, 2016) : First up good new, my hackintosh is running extremely smooth, and I just added some more info regarding DSDT/SSDT. Bad news is I'm abandoning my P650SG, and I'm buying the new P750DM2-G (P751DM2-G ?) laptop with i7-6700K, GTX1070, 4K G-SYNC Samsung PLS, Samsung 950 Pro 256GB NVMe SSD. It will arrive in 2 weeks, when I get it I will make another complete hackintosh guide clear.png I would imagine it is way harder to build hackintosh with skylake + pascal right now, wish me luck. **

**Update 2 (August 30, 2016) : Today I updated hackintosh to 10.11.6, and clover to rev3726. Some tweaking of SMBios setting resulted in CPU panic on boot every time, i had to drop all my custom DSDT/SSDT for it just to boot up. Therefore I have re-done the DSDT/SSDT patching, and also updated kexts and config.plist. This laptop has never been more stable clear.png (note: not sure why but my 21:9 monitor only works with the dp port now, before it works with both hdmi and dp. Could be something i did in the kext settings in the plist that affected HDMI bandwidth. New DSDTSSDT plist guide included, New files included on Box.com**

**Update 1 (June 29, 2016) : I got the BCM94352Z in mail today! Wifi and Bluetooth all working great after the kext patch (kexts included in files, just updated). I'm not sure what need to be added to Clover config.plist to enable continuity, handoof, airdrop, i will update when i figure that out. (Finishing up the guide)**

tldr: This is a Clevo P650SE P650SG / Sager NP8652 / Eurocom M5 Pro / 神舟Z8 Hackintosh Guide.

I have successfully hackintoshed my P650SG about a month ago, everything has been working perfectly since then, and i decide to sit down and make this guide today.

First of all, thanks to everyone working on making hackintosh possible. This is a great community to be around.

This guide will be separated into 6 parts: System, Before Start, Pre Installation,Installation, Post Installation, Error ShootingUpgrade To macOS Sierra (Clover EFI)(new)

System:

Name: Clevo P650SG / Sager NP8652 / Eurocom M5 Pro ... etc

CPU: intel core i7-4720HQ @2.60Ghz

Chipset: HM87

RAM: 32GB

GPU: intel HD 4600 (OSX) + Nvidia GTX 980M 4GB (only in Windows)

Storage: 240GB SSD (OSX) + 3x500GB SSD in Raid 0 (only in Windows)

Wifi: Killer-AC

Touchpad: Synaptic

Audio: ALC892 (with two headphone Jack(OSX&Windows) & internal speaker(only in Windows))

Camera: BisonCam NBPro

Mic: Generic Mic

Ethernet: Realtek

Bios : Premamod 1.03.04v2 (?Bios all same, no matter 1.05.01 or 1.3.09, Premamod is the best, go to Premamod to get yours)

EC : 1.03.09 (?Again all same)

Before Start:

All pictures can be found on Tumblr here : Tumblr

All files related to this hackintosh guide can be found on Box here : Box (password is p650sg)

I will also put the pictures and files in the attachment of this post.

Note

1. Killer or Intel Wifi will never work. I have ordered a BCM94352Z for 30 bucks (m.2 Formfactor, don't mistake with BCM94352HMB), this will work perfectly(will report back after it arrives). - already got it, works perfectly after kext patch.

2. Speaker will not work. This laptop have two headphone jacks, therefore speaker's HDA controller is taken by the headphone jack.

3. Cardreader doesn't work. I never use it, so i really didn't try to get it working.

4. My windows Raid0 array drive can't be read by osx (with or without the sata raid kext). Fine for me.

5. Sleep/Hibernate doesn't work on my hackintosh. Not sure how to fix, will report back if i fix it (right now i just set to never sleep in system preference)

**UPDATE 2 : With the new DSDT patch, I think sleep works half the time, but it also broke wifi and bluetooth completely after wake up. I have to go through re-applying kext and stuff to fix it, real pain in the neck. I recommend just make it never sleep in the system settings, and not worry about it.**

Pre Installation:

This step you will need to create a "Bare Minimum"bootable USB drive for OSX10.11 El Capitan. You will need a Macbook for this.

Followed this guide: (Sensored, PM for link) , written by the amazing mod RehabMan, I did it, you should do the same.

Additional Step:

1. try use the "Option 2 : GPT with single HFS" for the usb drive first, if it doesn't work try Option 1.

2. use Clover EFI method, please don't use Clover Legacy, P650SG bios has well supported EFI boot.

3. Install FakeSMC (no need to put in FakeCPUtemp.kext etc that are in the same FakeSMC folder, but it won't harm if you put it there). Also put in VoodooPS2COntroller.kext (or your keyboard/trackpad won't work) and GenericUSBXHCI.kext (for USB). For Ethernet, put in RealtekRTL8111.kext. All these can be found in my files folder, but I recommand download the kext directly from RehabMan's Github page: FakeSMC.kext VoodooPS2Controller.kext GenericUSBXHCI.kext (bitbucket download, same link in the rehabman guide)

4. config.list please use the one in the guide (HD4600). The one I provided inside the files is for Post-Installation not Pre-Installation.

Note:

1. USB Drive that is 8GB could be too small for creating boot drive. Try use 16GB driver first if you have one. (8GB one could have corrupted system image after installation though it will show as complete in terminal)

2. Never use a VM to create the boot drive. I have tried multiple times, about 3/4 of the time the created USB boot drive will have corrupted boot image or corrupted osx image. (If you are stuck with using VM, i advise you to make 5 different USB boot drive and try your luck with each of them. it takes 30 mins to make one in my vm env, borrow a macbook is way easier. Usually corrupted installation usb can't not be detected by Bios boot options, or it shows up in Boot devices but when u select it it doesn't do anything)

Installation:

Now you need to config your bios to accept the EFI USB, and install osx onto your laptop! I didn't follow the RehabMan's guide from this point on, you can use that guide as reference.

Step:

1. Boot press F2 to enter Bios. In the bios, disable CSM, for EFI settings, select "Others" instead of "Windows". Disable "Secure boot". Save and exit.

2. Boot press F7 to enter Boot Menu. If you see your USB listed as EFI drive, then you can proceed to next step. If you don't see your usb drive, change to another USB port and retry. If you see USB listed but not EFI mode, you need to config your PC into UEFI mode by doing step 1 again.

3. After select usb drive as boot drive, you should be in Clover boot-loader screen. Here select "install_osx"(or whatever u named it). You should now see Apple's logo and after a long time it will boot into installation screen. If you can't get to the OSX install screen, try boot arg "-v" and also boot arg "nv_disable=1" (u can set boot arg in "options" of clover boot-loader).

4. In the installation screen, you can use disk utility to format your partition. If it fail to format the partition, that means you are probably installing on the same drive as windows. If so you can disconnect the windows drive, or completely format the drive.

5. After a 15 mins installation, the computer will auto reboot, you should keep your usb drive in, and boot with the same usb by pressing F7 into boot menu. In the Clover boot-loader, you should see new partition with the installed "OSX", select that instead of "install_osx" on the USB boot drive.

6. Now you should see loading bar and Apple's Logo, after a long time it should be able to boot into New Mac setup screen.

Note:

1. There will be graphic glitch everywhere. This is common as you don't have graphic driver (don't have kext patched yet).

2. if it doesn't boot, try change settings in the Clover Configurator. You can take a look at the config.plist file I have, and see if there is anything reasonable to remove/add.(mine is for post-installation, i have drop oem and custom SSDTs which you will make in the next step. Remove "drop oem" if you want to have a chance of booting at this stage.)

Post Installation:

You should be in Mac's desktop! Now you need to config your hackintosh to work the best with your laptop!

Here the hard part comes...

Now you need to config Clover, edit DSDT/SSDT, make a lot of trail and error...... Actually you don't, I have done that for you haha. Still there is a lot of steps to follow here, prepare drink and cookies.

Step:

1. Install Clover to your SSD/HDD so you don't need the USB drive to boot to your hackintosh every time. All the things to download(also have older copy in the files upload, or you can click on each to go to download link) :

a) Clover

B) Clover Configurator

The installation process should be very straightforward, select your HDD/SSD when Clover installer ask for installation location. Basically now you have Clover installed in the EFI partition on your HDD/SSD, after you config it correctly, you no longer need the EFI partition on the USB drive to boot into your OSX system.

After that you should see a EFI partition in your finder menu, if not you can use Clover Configurator to Mount the EFI partition visible.

2. Patch Clover config.plist

Right now You can use the HD4600 config.plist you used for the previous USB boot drive, but I recommend to use the config.plist file from my files. Remember to put "HFSPlus.efi" in "/EFI/Clover/drivers64UEFI", otherwise your EFI won't boot. (You can refer to the Clover folder of my EFI partition to see if you are missing anything. Don't put in DSDT/SSDT files in /ACPI/Patched yet, this folder should be empty right now.)

**UPDATE 2 : Definitely recommend my config.plist, the 9mb cursor patch will result in graphic glitch on desktop. You can compare the two to see the difference. To understand what everything means, leave comment or use google**

Now you have the EFI set up, you can proceed to patch kext step. I won't recommend restart laptop at this point, but in case it stuck on boot, you can always use the USB boot drive to boot into your Hackintosh system.

**UPDATE 2 : You will 100% need to use the USB clover to boot if you reboot here. My plist is too specific your system will go into panic since it is not patched up yet.**

3. Patch Kext with Kext Utility/Kext Beast

a) Kext Utility (Sensored, PM for link)

B) Kext Beast (Sensored, PM for link)

Here we will send Kexts to /System/Library/Extensions to enable Graphics/Audio/etc... Some kexts requires appropriate DSDT/SSDT patches, which we will do after kext patch.

First, run kext utility to fix permission of /S/L/E, it should finish after a few minutes. After that use Kext Beast to install all the kexts (They are all in the files folder), place all the kexts directly on the Desktop, then run Kext Beast (install in /S/L/E) to install all the kext in the system. After this step you no longer needs to put any kext in the EFI folder. (EDIT: if you have BCM92543Z, wifi kext will require put in /S/L/E, puting in EFI partition may result in boot-loop)

**UPDATE 2 : Every time you modify kexts or config.plist, run the Kext Utility after reboot (to rebuild cache, seem to be quite useful. **

4. Patch DSDT/SSDT with MaciASL. This is the step where we make the computer into completely stable state. Also we will enable HDMI audio, LCD brightness change (Fn+Ins for dimmer, Fn+PgUp for brighter), Laptop battery, USB, etc.

I have put the complete DSDT/SSDT extract/convert files in the upload files, you can use to reference.

I don't recommend using my files, in fact it is almost 100% not gonna work well with your laptop unless you have exactly the same system component as mine(size of ram, cpu, etc). But if you can't get it through, you can try use mine, just make sure you have your original usb boot drive in case your system won't boot.

a) To extract your own DSDT/SSDT, follow this guide: Patching LAPTOP DSDT/SSDT (Sensored, PM for link)(I used Linux mint usb method)

**UPDATE 2 : The new (Aug 2016 DSDT/SSDT is extracted with Clover F4, seem to be the same as extracted from Linux, the file name is a little different (Clover has 3x 4x 5x while Linux version is 3 4 5, and the order is different. I recommend using Clover, way easier) **

B) After you have the files, you need to set up the environment for editing them. Follow the same guide above. Download and installiaslpatchmaticsMaciASL, then convert files from AML to DSL. Open MaciASL, navigate to MaciASL->Preferences->Sources, addhttps://raw.github.com/toleda/audio_hdmi_8series/master (I didn't use this source in the new patching steps, doesn't hurt to add it tho) and http://raw.github.com/RehabMan/Laptop-DSDT-Patch/master to the sources. (should look like my screenshot). And now you are ready to start patching!

c) Now you should have a folder with all the converted dsl files (DSDT, SSDT1, ... , SSDT7). Our goal is to patch DSDT and SSDTs and make sure they compile without errors. I will go through all files one by one:

**UPDATE 2 : dsl files name are DSDT SSDT-0 SSDT-1 SSDT-2 SSDT-3x SSDT-4x ... SSDT-11 if extracted from Clover. I will update the Patching step with Clover file naming. (The screenshot include the way to check which dsl file has the argument you want to apply patches on.) **

Open DSDT.dsl with MaciASL, click on "Patch", find and apply each every patch below: **UPDATE 2 : Better not use this one**

**UPDATE 2 : NEW DSDT/SSDT PATCHING STEPS BELOW, RECOMMEND USING THIS INSTEAD OF THE OLD ONE ABOVE :

Open DSDT.dsl with MaciASL, click on "Patch", find and apply each every patch below:

RehabMan:

"Fix ADBG Error"

"Fix _WAK Arg0 v2"

"HPET Fix"

"SMBUS Fix"

"IRQ Fix"

"RTC Fix"

"OS Check Fix (Windows 8)"

"Fix Mutex with non-zero SyncLevel" **(forgot if this needs to be patched, won't hurt)**

"Add IMEI"

"Fix _WAK IAOE"

"Rename GFx0 to IGPU"

"renaming B0D3 to HDAU"

"7-series/8-series USB"

"Haswell LPC"

"Rename _DSM methods to XDSM"

Compile and Save as DSDT.aml.

Open SSDT-0:

Compile and Save as SSDT-7.aml.

Open SSDT-8:

RehabMan:

"Rename GFX0 to IGPU"

"Rename B0D3 to HDAU"

(Now you compile should give you an error similar to "426, 6084, Object does not exist (_OFF)", all you need to do is uncomment the line "//External(\_SB.PCI0.PEG0.PEGP._OFF, MethodObj)" right before "_OFF()" is called to give it external reference. double click on the error will bring you to the line with the _OFF(), mine is line 426)

Nothing to do here. Compile and Save as SSDT-10.aml

Open SSDT-11:

"Rename GFX0 to IGPU"

"Remove _DSM methods"

"[gfx0] Cleanup/Fix Errors (SSDT)"

(This SSDT is a little tricky, apply "Rename _DSM methods to XDSM" will result in "281, 6084, Object does not exist (\_SB.PCI0.IGPU.HDSM)". Therefore I used "Remove _DSM methods", it should be the same. After the GFX0 and _DSM patch, compile gives error "1391, 6126, syntax error, unexpected PARSEOP_NAMESEG", this can be solved by applying "[gfx0] Cleanup/Fix Errors (SSDT)".)

Compile and Save as SSDT-11.aml

Now you have all your patched DSDT and SSDTs files. Copy and paste them into EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched, you can finally restart your hackintosh and see if everything is working!

**UPDATE 2 : Double check your config.plist, make sure you are "drop oem" and included all the SSDT name. If something doesn't work correctly or have glitch, use kext utility to clean cache and reboot. **

If everything is working great, you have your hackintosh build finished at this point! Congrats!

Note:

1. Keep -v in boot-arg somehow make my system a lot more stable. The graphic glitch fix only works when i have -v in boot-arg. Not sure why.

** UPDATE 2 : No longer the case, remove the 9mb cursor fix fixed this issue, now i boot without -v and no problem at all **

2. Try not to restart your PC before you finished patching DSDT/SSDT. The config.plist may trigger panic and boot loop. You can always use the USB boot drive in case your hackintosh EFI can't boot anymore.

3. Donot use the AML file when patching. Always use DSL files.

4. Donot apply the same DSDT/SSDT patch twice.

4. If there is error when trying to compile DSDT/SSDT, try to google and see if there is patch to fix or you are missing patches. Try use "[gfx0] Cleanup/Fix Errors (SSDT)" or "[syn] Fix PARSEOP_STORE/MMTB/HRPR Error" or other SSDT fix.

** UPDATE 3 : ANY change of Bios settings after you have the DSDT SSDT patch and drop_oem=true may result in CPU panic ! Make your optimal Bios settings before you take DSDT/SSDT with clover F4. **

Error Checking:

1. This guide is for 10.11.6 El Capitan. It may not be the same kext/config for 10.10 OSX Yosemite or the new 10.12 macOS Serria.

2. Different version of Clover Boot loader could have different settings. The version I used is in the files, please refer to Clover change log to see if anything changed. Same with all the kext and stuff, go to the Github repo and see if there is new one available.

3. There are still a lot of not working stuff I'm trying to figure out. Save the page and check back once in a while (leave a comment if you have any question)

4. My kext folder may include unwanted Kexts. Take a look before you install all of them.

5. There are various USB/Graphic patches I included in the Clover config.plist. Try disable/Enable them if you have problem booting (or problem with graphics/usb/etc).

6. If you have windows installed, your windows time will be messed up. To make it same with osx, run “regedit”, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation\, create a new DWORD 32 key “RealTimeIsUniversal", double click open the key and set it’s value to 1. After rebooting the clock should be fixed

7. Again, you will need your USB drive to save you from boot error multiple times, don't get frustrated if that happens. (Happen to me at least 100 times before I write this guide, maybe if you follow my guide correctly you don't have to)

8. Report back if you successfully installed hackintosh!

Upgrade to macOS Sierra:

The process of upgrading to macOS Sierra is very very simple, just a little problem to take care of after installation.

Step:

1. Make sure you have the latest Clover installed on your EFI partition. The newest when I write the guide is r3761.

2. copy all kext you added to /S/L/E to Clover EFI partition /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other . If you strictly followed my guide, you can just copy all kext from Post-Installation folder to /EFI/Clover/kexts/Other .

3. Download macOS sierra from App Store, and install. It will reboot in a short while, when it reboot select boot macOS Installation in Clover bootloader.

4. Waiting for the progress bar to fill up... In my case it took around 20 mins for the installation to process to around 80%, then it reboots automatically. After this reboot you should see boot macOS from osx or something like that, select to boot into installation again. This time it took around 15 mins to finally reach 100% on the progress bar, and now it's in macOS Sierra!

5. Now you are in sierra, but you will find out some things are not working properly. First, the wifi is not working. Second, Clover EFI is now hidden and Clover Configurator can't mount EFI anymore. To fix the wifi, you need to edit clover config file. So first, let's mount the EFI partition, open terminal and type:

Code (Text):
diskutil list

this will show your disk and partitions like this:

Code (Text):
/dev/disk0 (internal, physical):

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:      GUID_partition_scheme                        *480.1 GB   disk0

   1:           Windows Recovery                         471.9 MB   disk0s1

   2:                        EFI                         103.8 MB   disk0s2

   3:         Microsoft Reserved                         16.8 MB    disk0s3

/dev/disk1 (internal, physical):

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:      GUID_partition_scheme                        *240.1 GB   disk1

   1:                        EFI EFI                     209.7 MB   disk1s1

   2:          Apple_CoreStorage osx                     239.2 GB   disk1s2

   3:                 Apple_Boot Recovery HD             650.0 MB   disk1s3

/dev/disk2 (internal, virtual):

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:                            osx                    +238.8 GB   disk2

                                 Logical Volume on disk1s2

                                 1E80668D-F1F6-4B41-B43F-5A7830DA7F04

                                 Unencrypted

/dev/disk3 (internal, physical):

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:                                                   *500.1 GB   disk3

/dev/disk4 (internal, physical):

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:                                                   *500.1 GB   disk4

Here you can see my EFI is in /dev/disk1, partition 1. (/dev/disk0 is my windows partition, not the EFI we are looking for here)

Then when you find out the disk and partition your EFI is, type:

Code (Text):
sudo mkdir /Volumes/efi

this will create a new path in disks, then mount the partition into the path you just created (In my case /dev/disk1s1, change to your partition), type:

Code (Text):
sudo mount -t msdos /dev/disk1s1 /Volumes/efi

Afterwards you should be seeing the EFI in finder now! Now you can edit the config.plist now... open it up in Clover Configurator, open Kernal and Kext Patches, add:

Code (Text):
Kext:    AirPortBrcm4360

Find:    81F952AA00007529

Replace: 81F952AA00006690

(this fix credit to darkvoid post here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/312759-fix-macos-sierra-dp1-bcm94532z-wifi/)

6. After applying the clover fix and restart, use Kext Utility to rebuild kext cache. Then reboot the wifi is working now.

7. use the same method in step 5 to mount EFI partition, delete all kext in /EFI/kexts/Other, if you want to be safe, use Kext beast to reinstall all kext to /S/L/E, and rebuild kext cache with kext utility.

Note:

1. If your wifi didn't work after reboot, try kext utility again to rebuild cache, and reboot to see if it works. If not it's probably your clover patch is wrong, typo or stuff, check the picture to see if you have the same as mine.

I have added screenshots and photos to tumblr and box files.

Cheers,

Mingyao

I was banned until October 30, simply for helping a User to patch your AppleHDA for ALC269, but by PM and not through the forum, they have this rule over there, and I'm not caring even a little with this, I already said to remove my account and all my posts and files.

RehabMan's links such the ones for its repositories are ok

Forgot to mention that for a long time tonymacx86.com performed a censure on posts containing links to insanelymac.com (distorting the link that led nowhere). So don't be surprised if we do the same, at least peoples here will read why. :)
