I have a G5 cased hackintosh with a Gigabyte Z97X-UD7 TH motherboard, Intel 4790K CPU and an Invidia GTX-760 video card,

I have successfully loaded Mavericks and Yosemite on to two of three SSD/HDD Fusion drive segments but I was not able to load ElCapitan or now, Sierra onto the third Fusion segment.

I use Clover boot loader and I have boot USB loaded with Clover and Sierra using nv_disable=1 and -v. The USB runs the installer and then after displaying a white screen, but the installer never appears. I have tried but never able to get the installer to appear. I have turned OFF the internal Video of the CPU. I am wondering if anyone has had the same issues and if you overcame them.

Some days ago, I had configured a Z97X-UD7 TH too, and I've used the same boot-args than you, without problems.

The only problem are the Thunderbolt.kext, this has taken 40 secs of my boot. And it's useless to me.  -_-

All your UEFI/BIOS configurations are set in the right way for Hackintosh?

Well, I believe I have my Z97 set for hacking. It runs both Mavericks and Yosemite successfully. Starting with ElCapitan and now MacOS Sierra they both act the same.

If you still have the Z97-UD7 TH, perhaps you would check your BIOS settings and list them for me?

Have you tried installing without using the USB?  You can install directly from either of your existing El Cap or Yose installs and not use a USB based installer.

Please explain? Are you saying load the installer onto the disk and run the installer like you would on a real Mac?

Yes, as if on a Real Mac.  It goes like this:  I assume you are injecting kexts with Clover.  Go to the Clover folder on the working hack (using UEFI, it should be in EFI partition)  Open the Clover folder and then the Kext folder.  In the Kext folder there will be folders for 10.9 and 10.10 (Maverick and Yosemite), make a new folder and name it: 10.12.  Copy the kexts in the 10.10 folder and paste into 10.12. Go to the Sierra Install app and open it.  Select the desired install location and continue.  The installer will run for a minute or so and then the computer will reboot.  When you arrive at the Clover boot screen, tap the left or right arrow key and select "boot OSX Install" to boot. Tap the space bar and select the desired boot options (I usually use 'verbose' to track what is happening). have the boot process continue.  The usual verbose mode text will appear, the screen will go black and eventually the Mac install window will appear.  This will progress for a while (20 minutes or so) and the computer will reboot.  At the Clover boot screen again tap an arrow key.  Then select "boot Sierra from (your hd name)". Set the verbose flag and continue to boot. Screen will eventually go black after the verbose text and a window will appear that says in effect "continuing to install".  Once that is finished the screen will again go dark, run for awhile and then the Apple initial setup screen will appear.  You can now proceed with a 'virgin' setup or migrate your information from one of your other Mac OS installs.

During the time the screen is dark during the install process observe the HD activity light, as long as it is flashing the install process is continuing.  If the activity light stops flashing with only a pulse every 30 seconds or so then the install is 'hung' and you need to start over (this rarely happens).
