Boot loop after "prevent idle sleep list" message

hey guys i cant fix this problem cuz im noob at mac stuff whenever install a version of mac,bootloader doesnt come with it and bootloader of the setup usb can not boot my mac it is stuck at boot loop.After the "prevent idle sleep" message it reboots.Safe mode or other flags dont work what should i do? Only with yosemite dmg installs bootloader but when i try to install el capitan or especially sierra cant boot it

I flashed .raw file to usb and installed that way.There are 3 partitions on my hdd.At first i installed Mac but it didnt install bootloader and when i try to boot it with setup usb it keeps rebooting after that message in the photo.My bios settings are fine theres nothing wrong.There's just one more thing, before i started to setup i had to remove some kexts from setup usb (kexts except NullCPUPowerManagement and FakeSMC) because it was giving an error like system boot up in nanotimes i dont really remember but it was something like this
