Let me report and record my set up for El Capitan with 700Z7C-S01UB:

Installation is standard with Clover igplatform 01660004. You would need USB keyboard and mouse before you install ELAN kexts.

What works:

Power management: DSDT and three kexts provided by ayilm1 for 700Z7C-S01US

USB: standard kext solution for 7/8/9 series

Sound: VoodooHDA, iGain set to 0, as pointed out by ElementX

Keyboard, Touchpad: Elan kext by emlydinesh

Screen brightness: RehabMan's Intel HD 4000 brightness patch applied to ayilm1's DSDT, via MaciASL

Display: 01660004 igplatform inject works in Clover for internal display.

For external display I tested HDMI, which requires 01660003 and two kext patches on AppleIntelFramebufferCapri in Clover Configurator:

find 050300000200000030000000 replace with 050300000200000030020000  (copying from 01660004 for internal display)

find 020500000004000007040000 replace with 020500000008000007040000  (08 is HDMI whereas 04 is DVI/DP. might not be necessary.)

reference: EMlyDinEsH guide on HD 4000 HDMI/VGA.

I did not test miniDP because I do not have a cable. VGA does not work, see reference.

What does not work:

VGA out: see reference, won't work after 10.8.2.

Wireless: Intel card, no surprise. workaround is usb wifi, my 8188CUS works okay, AR9280 on the way from eBay.

Sleep: instantly wake from sleep, usually for reasons related to EHC2, XHC1, sometimes HDEF.  I am okay with no sleep.  I find OS X's reopening windows feature to be a very satisfying alternative.

What works but with some catch:

Dual boot: I dual boot a GPT Windows 10. Coming back from Windows to OS X, keyboard and touchpad will not work. Workaround is to mount EFI, rename DSDT.aml to DSDT.bak.aml in Clover in Windows before rebooting, boot OS X once, rename DSDT.bak.aml back to DSDT.aml in OS X, then reboot OS X. DSDT seems to load incorrectly when booting OS X after Windows.

Thanks to all great contributors mentioned above and behind the tools used here for making Hackintosh possible.

If anyone happen to have any solution or advice on improving the current setup, please let me know! thanks.
