Shuttle PC w Intel Atom and Radeon HD

Can anyone give me some pointers if El Capitan can be installed on this machine? I've tried several times but I cannot get to the installer. I freez right at the beginning. I've been messing with the boot flags but I'm not sure which ones would apply to this system. I've been using boot usb made with [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] 6.

If anyone can give me some pointers how to get started I would appreciate it.
