infernouk Posted July 14, 2016 Share Posted July 14, 2016 Hi guys Just got my mac up and running, i set my audio sample rate to 44.1 in the audio/midi settings of osx. All works fine. However when I open a music production DAW, my sample rate in the osx settings is forced to 32.0 causing artifacting and stutter and distortion. I assumed at first perhaps the DAW software was forcing a different sample rate, but I can confirm logic is set at 44.1 as well. So i cant see why its forcing this lower sample rate at all, is there something I need to install for my hackintosh to stop this? Im using a USB DAC Headphone Amp that is class compliant so has no drivers to install. It works fine with music and audio from chrome, just not DAW's Cheers!
