High end hackintosh workstation recommendation?

I am so grateful to this community.

Been using a two main workstation machines for years successfully .

Both are based off a dual 5680 Xeon with a supermicro x8dai board & 48gig ram. Every OS from 10.8 to 10.11 . They are brilliant-but aging now. Have a window to upgrade so id like to build a system(s) around the $7k to $10k mark for CPU/mobo/GPU with a geekbench round 70k or better. Stability is everything.

Not much clear info anywhere it seems using hackintosh systems this size so I'd really appreciate your thoughts on some build recommends . Want to build the machine Apple never released at wwdc.

MOTHERBOARDS:

Gotta be a Dual Xeon. Support plenty of ram. Has a thunderbolt option. dual Ethernet 10gig ports.

I realize El cap is the only choice and there are many issues with USB ports. I've had limited success solving but as much working oob as possible is a must.

CPU:

Love to use e5 26xx chips. Not sure if v3 or v4 are fully supported yet.

GPU:

Anything that works best oob or minimal edits with minimum 4gb. They will be audio rigs so video performance is not necessary but will have to run at least two 4K displays. I have used kepler cads with success in the past.

Once again any help would be hugely appreciated!
