Well to start with it's not recommended to use a Distro to install but as you've got it installed that will do. You'll be better off updating to 10.10.5 with the combo from here, https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1832?locale=en_US

Before you reboot though replace the kernel located in /System/Library/Kernels with this one, http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/302075-amd-yosemite-kernel-testing-for-help-use-the-help-topic/?p=2163808

Now you can reboot and remove the /amd64 flag as that uses the outdated kernel that was bundled in the distro.

Once that's done see if it boots without -x If not upload your config.plist and I'll take a look.

If you've been using 3rd party software in Windows to copy files to the OS X drive it has most likely corrupted the partition scheme and it will need formatted and reinstalled.

The crash before that could have been solved by removing AppleTYMCeDriver.kext from S/L/E

Put the kernel for the update on the root of your USB drive and once you've applied the update boot into the installer, open terminal and use this command replacing USB DRIVE and HDD with the correct names.

cp -r /Volumes/"USB DRIVE"/kernel /Volumes/"HDD"/System/Library/Kernels

Remove AppleTYMCEDrive.kext from S/L/E

I also see all the kexts refusing to load as there are "newer" versions. That I assume is the Distro with it's "custom" kexts which may cause issues.

You will be much better off with a vanilla install rather than a Distro. You can use my El Capitan tutorial for Yosemite as they are mostly the same but use the kernel I've already sent you not the one in the topic.

Tutorial,

http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/310098-el-capitan-install-preparation/

And you can find out how to copy the files here, http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/312049-amd-post-install-preparation/

If you wish though you can use Clover rather than Enoch.
