Tried to install Clover, now cant boot anything

So when i first started this i tried installing via #####, that failed, then tried disk maker x (this was all from using vmware install) with an el capitan installer....failed, but ##### put clover to boot as soon as the computer started.  Its completely text based.  Only option is UEFI Shell 64, about, restart, exit.    I finally used yosemite zone and it installed and worked, but installed chameleon.    So when my computer would start up, it would load text based clover, if i selected exit it would then load chameleon which then i could boot to whenever i wanted to.

I tried to install clover to replace chameleon as i needed Clover F4 to get my DSDT.  It installed, but now i have two instances of clover with absolutely no selections to boot to windows or osx.  Is there any way to fix this short of praying i can get to windows by turning off efi boot and creating a new usb installer and start from scratch?

Right now im on Ubuntu  from a usb stick.  Any OSs on hard drive are inaccessible.

Out of impatience I went ahead and reformatted with a windows 7 dvd, then upgraded to windows 10,then installed yosemite via yosemite zone. I selected clover uefi as my bootloader, but after install it says Missing Operating System. If i boot with the usb via chameleon i can sucessfully get into windows and osx what am i doing wrong?

That post seems to be referencing that windows still boots and its just not clover booting.  Im not getting anything, period.   The only way i can make it boot is with the usb drive with chameleon plugged in.  I just need to get clover loading period.

It appears even though during install I told it to do clover uefi, this isn't uefi. When i look at the partition scheme it says fdisk partition scheme.  As much as i don't want to, since everything is completely fresh I'm not opposed to reformatting and redoing everything....again...but if i can avoid that id love to.  I want to get iMessage working, so from what i understand clover is necessary.   Please let me know what I should be doing to get this working right.  Should I install OS X first and then Windows?  Or Windows then OS X?  Also, checking the partitions they are all MBR instead of any being GUID.

I reinstalled Clover making sure to choose UEFI boot only, It now boots at startup, and I can choose to load osx.  This works but when OS X loads, its completely distorted.  See the attached picture for how it looks.  OS X boots perfectly if i use chameleon from the usb stick.  What drivers/kexts do I need to get OS X booting right in Clover?
