Do I need to recreate my DSDT/SSDT every time I change my CPU/upgraded RAM?

so I recently changed my CPU from an i7 to a Xeon variant. I also upgraded my RAM from 2x2GB to 4x4GB. I am wondering if I need to get a clean DSDT again and repatch it because of these changes.

In asking this, OS X El Capitan can recognize my new CPU and can recognize the upgrade RAM. But since I'm new to DSDT patching, I'd rather ask the experts.

Thanks a lot
