USB Related Panics on boot

Hello,

I'm experiencing semi-random panics at boot or at wake from sleep. They are almost certainly related to USB as they happen when I wake the system from sleep with an USB device, and everytime I boot with my iPhone attached. Everything is absolutely fine when booted.

My system is configured as follows:

- Gigabyte H87-HD3

- i7 4770

- 4x4GB DDR3 1600

- Latest Clover + Patched DSDT (Pjalm's Gigabyte 8-Series Patch + Renamed EHCI1 TO EH01) + ssdtPRGen SSDT.aml + RampageDev's motherboard-specific SSDT for Nvidia

- FakePCIID+FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext

- USB is working flawlessly when booted (USB2+USB3)

I tried removing RampageDev's SSDT to no effect.

I'm attaching config.plist, ioReg and a log of the KP.

This is the only problem I have and it's driving me mad. I also tried RampageDev's BETA SSDT-1.aml in the latest Haswell.dmg, which supposedly fixes USB2/USB3 without needing FakePCIID but the system won't boot (instant KP).

Thanks in advance!

Apparently I solved it! I use a custom DSDT so I disabled all Clover DSDT fixes. Turns out some PM Kexts were not loading (AppleLPC and others), so I added the FakeLPC fix, which brought them back. All is good - for now!
