blue200vi Posted April 25, 2016 Share Posted April 25, 2016 Hi Everyone, Thanks for the great forums, it has helped me loads over the past few weeks as i have never even used OS X before let along install it. I have attempted to install on an AMD machine (10.11) failed, so i dug out my old laptop (Asus K56CA i5) and have managed to install 10.11 with clover and even managed to update to the latest 10.11 through the app store. My wifi wont work but i am aware i need a new card so have one on the way. Battery percentage doesnt work (i can live without this, until it drives me so crazy that it doesnt work that i attempt to try and fix it) I have attempted to fix the audio with the DummyHDA (ALC270) and clover method without any success, but do have this working in VoodooHDA (aware this is probs not the best way to do it, but it works for the moment ) I cant adjust the brightness of my screen (again mildly annoying but the screen is bright enough anyway just about lol) Other than that I am very happy with what i have managed to do with alot of reading of these forums :D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
