if you boot Yosemite, then boot with this flag: -v kext-dev-mode=1 npci=0x2000 GraphicsEnabler=No usekernelcache=No

or ==> -v kext-dev-mode=1 npci=0x3000 GraphicsEnabler=No usekernelcache=No

the problem with "PCI Configuration start" is solved with bootflag "npci=0x ..."

the re-start of your system may be the cause, that your system start with a vanillia kernel, so check this:

create a new folder  ===> in System/Library/Kernels/

then insert in to the "Kernels" folder the amd kernel and boot with bootflags as described above.

last amd kernel "10.10.5_SSEPlus_V2" or V3,  see above under download. more info look here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/forum/491-os-x-1010-yosemite/

if the folder is not valid, so create these folders and add there the amd kernel., then repair the permissions and renew the cache and boot again

no problem, boot with: -s kext-dev-mode=1 npci=0x3000 (or npci=0x2000) GraphicsEnabler=No Usekernelcache=No

It will take a few sec. then write:

/sbin/fsck -fy (Press the Return key)

After entering "/sbin/fsck -fy" then each part of your hard drive’s directory willbe checked. (Checking extents overflow file, Checking catalog file, Checking multi-linked files, etc.) It will take a few minutes. At the end, if your drive was OK, the screen will say “The volume (name of your hard drive) appears to be OK”. If any repair was made, you’ll see the prompt, “FILE SYSTEM WAS MODIFIED”. Then, you’ll see the root# prompt again. then run again the command until your hard drive appears to be "OK".

Right after the root # prompt, enter the Following:

reboot (Press the Return key)

then your hackintosh should restart normally.

edit:

but it should be boot without what I've described above, only with bootargs:-v -f kext-dev-mode=1 npci=0x3000 (or npci=0x2000) GraphicsEnabler=No Usekernelcache=No

Ok... but if your system does not start successfully, then upload the Extra folder as a zip-file, then we will check whether the contents of the folder is OK/ or not.

if you can not install successfully Mavericks or Yosemite, then you will get enormous problems to install El Capitan, in this sense, much success

amd kernel for FX CPU's read from here on: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/310796-amd-os-x-el-capitan-1011-fx-kernel-task-force/page-30
