So i think i was ignorant at the problem , i asked my friend to take a look at my situation and he said may be the iso i am trying to boot was only for DVDs so i tried many different bootloaders but  it did not work and i found a program for windows it called  BootDiskUtility . it flashes the USB drive with kextes and clover bootloader which allows the mac-install pen-drive  to boot . i have tested the bootloader in my boot pen-drive but i will have to prepare  the install pen-drive now  in theory clover should boot the mac-install pen-dive . hope my theory works   . i will post it if it  works and i will link to my tutorial which i will post if this works .

To make a bootable pendrive for Snow Leopard 10.6.3 on Windows, use MyHack. You said that you didn't have a mac, so just make a VirtualBox VM of 10.8+ and run myHack on that. There are plenty of good guides to this such as the one here.

Best Regards,
