inspired7 Posted April 11, 2016 Share Posted April 11, 2016 I have an Asus p6t deluxe v2 up and running on El Capitan 10.11.4 using the latest Clover. Everything works but my new monitor. My old Samsung works great using the DVI connection with full graphics. When I connect my new Dell U2414H with a DVI source to HDMI monitor connector I get Graphics up until the system boots. Upon the system booting the monitor shows no signal. If I run nv_disable=1 then I get into El Cap but of course with no graphics acceleration. So it must be an NVIDIA driver issue or inject issue for the hdmi as my Samsung DVI works fine. Anyone out there have any ideas of things to try? I have tried setting NVIDIA generic and putting in an NVCAP string from ioregistryexplorer. I have also checked inject the edid in clover. Finally I also ran the ruby patch-edid.rb script after booting and that showed no improvement. I am pretty much stuck and am trying to avoid buying a new graphics card to see if it corrects the issue. Thanks for any help in advance! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
