Hello everyone !
First of all, my English is not very good so be indulgent icon_e_biggrin.gif

I'm looking to build my first Hackintosh for Audio/Video Editing & Music production and i don't know wich configuration could be the best for me. I want a good hackintosh in terms of productivity, fast task and good ergonomy (Maverick-El Capitan).
As i so in many threads of the this forum, i would prefer to work with a Gigabyte motherboard, because of compatibility.
There's are my two choices:

Config A: 830€

Config B: 844€

If made bad choices in those config, please let me know !

I also looked to ASUS motherboard, but i'm not sure about the installation and fix the issues that could have.
I wait for yours recommendations!

Thanks in advance !

Hi enztib,

it is up to you if you want Haswell or Skylake, both work well.

For buying a motherboard, I would check the audio codec and the NIC, to see if it is compatible. Most motherboards are compatible anyhow, doesn't matter if it is Gigabyte or ASUS. I suggest you look up the specifications though, just to check how compatible they are with the hackintosh resources out there.

Good luck.
