GreenKi Posted March 3, 2016 Share Posted March 3, 2016 I been off and on with this site as of 2014 when first got Mavericks (I believe it was the OS I upgraded too.) Currently I have a MBP 2012 with Yosemite. I've tried over the years to run the current software combinations (each time with the same setup in this barebones kit)...and I don't know if I'm just not understanding it correctly. While I'm not asking for an answer or "do it for me"...maybe a helpful nod or something? This is my current setup: Radeon 7770 8 gigs ram USB 2 keyboard and mouse Gigabyte UEFI dual mode motherboard ((according to windows it's in Bios Mode: Legacy)) AMD HD Audio Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller (networking) Standard SATA AHCI Controller for HD. I would genuinely be appreciative if you can help me determine which OS, if any, I can get working on this system. I've tried Panther, Maverics, Yosemite and one other. The network card has never worked, and graphics worked once but keyboard didn't work. I've been at it for the better part of 2 years and since I'm a web developer I'm kind of saddened I can't figure this out on my own but ... any tips at all would be appreciated.
