igorw
Hi, Guys! I`m successfully running Mac OS X on a LG Laptop with the following specifications: Processor: Intel® Core™ i3 - 350M (2,26GHz, Cache 3MB) Chipset: Mobile Intel® HM55 Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® G310M While everything`s been running with NullCPUPowerManagement.kext, I`m struggling to turn it off. What I`ve done so far: Set GeneratePStates and GenerateCStates to Yes Patched AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext using AICPMPatch.zip (http://olarila.com/apps/AICPMPatch.Zip) Applied DTGP and HPET patches to DSDT from http://olarila.com/forum/patches.php Attached are the original and patched versions of DSDT. DSDTPatchedandOriginal.zip So, the problem is: after a few minutes after booting, the OS crashes. Booting with Clover, I get simply no message, it just freezes. Booting with Chameleon, I get the following message as it freezes: No HPETs available CPU(s) configured incorrectly. (along with Kernel Extensions in backtrace: com.apple.driver.AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement) I have no idea where to go from here. I`d hate to be stuck with NullCPUPowerManagement. Can anybody help me out?
