PPCnostalgic
If you boot from USB installer and choose internal HD system as startup volume does it work?
pet1
No. I get the same panic. Whether I boot from the usb installer or the installed drive. I'm using clover in legacy mode.
kosakgroove
This normally means you have a wrong SMBIOS for your system, and you are not using the right patches for your processor to run MacOSX. Take a look at the Clover bootloader, with its various kernel CPU patches. That may most likely solve your issue. You should figure out what generation of CPU you have (Haswell, Sandy Bridge, etc) and apply the appropriate Clover patch. Also you have El Capitan, and as you know there are many USB changes. MAybe you should generate new ACPI tables and patch them again. Hardware changes require new ACPI tables, so your build functions correctly
amey6a
do you have appleacpiplatform kext in your usb extensions folder?......if yes then remove it, the installer will boot normally then after.
