Hackintosh configuration

Hi Everyone.

I have actually an old iMac 27" (late 2009) and I want to replace this by a Hackintosh config.

Here what I intended to use :

Case: Thermaltake Core V71
PSU: Zalman ZM850-EBT 80PLUS GOLD
Motherboard: Asus X99 Pro
CPU: Intel Core i7 5820K
Cool: Corsair Hydro
Memory: Corsair 16GB (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15R)
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 980 OC (GV-N980OC-4GD)
SSD: Corsair 960GB (CSSD-F960GBLSB)
HDD: WD 2TB (WD2003FZEX)
Optical: ASUS BW-16D1HT
Display: Samsung 27" LED - S27D590CS

Questions :
- This configuration does work well on a clover efi bootloader ?
- The graphics card requires web drivers from Nvidia , she will be fully supported by El Capitan ?
- The network interfaces and sound card on the motherboard can they be exploited ?
- Once the OSX system fully functional and usable , I guess any external devices ( USB ) work by simply installing drivers mac ? Or will he just tweak each time with kexts ?
- What do you think of this config ? Any advice / criticis are welcome !

Thank-you !
