Hi

I have updated to El Capitan from Yosemite and it went smoothly, everything works, except that the performance of the GPU is terrible compared to Yosemite (and all previous releases during las 3 years)

My GTX 580 works several time slower than it should work.

I have installed latest CUDA and Nvidia Web Drivers but there is no difference regardless of the CUDA/drivers version (I have tried older also)

Kexts used: FakeSMC & Ethernet.

Boot flags: -v slide=0 dart=0 npci=0x2000 kext-dev-mode=1 rootless=0 nvda_drv=1

Cinebench is running OpenGL test 10 times slower than it was in Yosemite!

Take a look at CUDA-Z results from GTX 580 and my results from GTX 580.

Memory copy host to device is 1901 - should be 5341

Single precision float is 103 - should be 1569 (x15 slower)

Double precision float is 12.95 - should be 198 (x15 slower)

Int 32bit is 51 - should be 788 (also x15 slower)

Need help!

[sOLVED]

The problem was SMBIOS! I have changed it from iMac 14,2 to Mac Pro 4,1 and GTX 580 started to work at full speed!
