H4MZ4
I installed OS X on my system and it works great. When I installed it I selected no boot loader on the OS X installer since I had a USB with clover. However now I check, it has Chameleon boot loader on. So I have been using the USB Clover to boot on OS X I am trying to install Clover to the HDD, but when i try install it, it still shows chameleon. How do I remove chameleon off the HDD, so that I can use Clover?

The default installer does not include some Funktion of "Installing Bootloader" you obviously are using a distro Try a retail clean install
