Spakk, i waited for over an hour the i was on the same loop. I then added USBBusFix=Yes along with my other flags that i used for yosemite and i was finally on the installation screen :w00t: . Installation started but got stuck at 16 minutes remaining.

Error log :

UnicodeRange = "<__NSCFCharacterSet: 0x7fe26c5d3940>";

Mac-Pro Unknown[439]:         name = NotoSansBuhid;

Mac-Pro Unknown[439]:     },

Mac-Pro Unknown[439]:         {

Mac-Pro Unknown[439]:         UnicodeRange = "<__NSCFCharacterSet: 0x7fe26c5d39f0>";

Mac-Pro Unknown[439]:         name = NotoSansHanunoo;

This kept on repeating.. :(

I had that on my intel hack, I just gave it 20+ minutes and bingo! El Cappy was installed. :D

sh_it system has crashed. The problem I have since update of 10.11.3 to 10.11.4. It will take a little.

The solution is so simple and should work on any hackintosh.

remove these drivers from /System/Library/Extensions/  ==> "IOUSBFamily.kext, IOUSBMassStorageDriver.kext, IOUSBMassStorageClass.kext"

or rename all in *bak. Then install the USB Fix El Capitan package, fix the permissions and renew kernel cache, and reboot and be happy.

the other adjustments can make our programmers.  ^_^

Please test and report

if it did not work, then I would that not upload here.
fix the permissions and refresh the cache
then boot with: npci=0x2000 / or npci=0x3000 usekernelcache=no -v -f (with Nvidia Graphics: nv_disable=1 or nv_drive=1)

Not work for me.

DummyUSBEHCIPCI.kext and GenericUSBXHCI.kext need delete?

I boot with flag -f, rebuild cache.

Remove all dummy drivers from /Extra/Extensions / ,. sory that I forgot to mention. This is logical.

so looks the contents of my Extra/Extensions folder, see pic

can no one else confirm that it works. possibly to the processing of my DSDT? I dont know. previously I could respectively connect only one external drive, and now I can connecting all external drive and everything work.

IOUSBHostFamily.kext original or this?

No, only the two drivers from the package.

I wonder what changes I have made in my dsdt.aml, and why the two drivers have made on my system these changes so that all my USB ports work. :hysterical:

I will now boot without dsdt, then I will report.

I've tested the USB fix package with USB 3.0 GenericUSBXHCI.kext (latest version) it works fine,

but remove these drivers from /Extra/Extensions/ :

DummyUSBEHCIPCI.kext
DummyUSBXHCIPCI.kext
FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext
FakePCIID.kext
USB_Series8_Injector.kext
USB_Series9_Injector.kext

USBInjectAll.kext

@spakk can the solution/fix be applied in the installer usb stick?

what does not work?

Hi Guys,

I managed to try Shaneee's method of creating a USB for el cap on AMD. But for some reason it is not booting on my system.

The prep for the USB had been done in VMWare since I do not have a pre-existing hackintosh machine or a MacBook etc..

All I get is the following on screen, followed by a reboot:

boot0:GPT

boot0:Done

Any ideas?

My specs

Mobo: AsRock fm2a88m-hd+ Motherboard
CPU: AMD A8-6600k
RAM: 16GB DDR3-1600 Crucial Ram

GPU: EVGA nVidia GeForce GT740 SC
Storage: 2x1tb Drives w/ 120GB SSD.
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
