CompuTechnoPro™ Posted November 29, 2015 Share Posted November 29, 2015 Laptop/Notebook :- HP Pavilion G6-2149TX System configuration :- Intel Core-i5 3210M 2.5 GHZ processor 6 GB 1600 MHZ RAM Intel HD 4000 + ATI Radeon HD 7670M (2 GB) graphics 750 GB HDD 15.6" 1366x768 display Was running Yosemite 10.10.1 (N{censored}) with working DSDT (RehabMan Laptop Patches) & Kexts,Following worked :- Intel HD 4000 graphics with QE/CL & Brightness fix (DSDT Patch) from RehabMan Sound Ethernet I did a clean install of El Capitan 10.11.1 (Downloaded from App Store & used U{censored}) on internal HDD (Only MAC OS is present, no other OSs). Internal Keyboard & TouchPad doesn't work in installer & Recovery.Restored a Time Machine backup of working Yosemite 10.10.1 that I made earlier, installed Clover, Essential CustoMac package, configured Clover plist & set SMBIOS to MacBookPro 9,2, injectIntel in Graphics, KernelLapic (as I coudn't boot without using BootArg "cpus=1"), RtVariables "CsrConfig=0x3".Sound & Ethernet works out-of-the-box (Maybe due to Yosemite Time Machine backup).Now, I must inject ATI & disable InjectIntel in Clover Bootloader in order to boot in to El Capitan. No QE/CL for ATI graphics though (Choppy Graphics), let alone Brightness fix. Intel HD 4000 shows up as "Display 4 MB" under "About MAC" & "System Report -> Graphics".Shutdown/Restart is also not working.I did try previously working DSDT (of Yosemite) in El Capitan using Clover config.plist, but, gives Panic due to something like ATI6000Controller (ATI GPU, maybe?).I had working SSDT in Yosemite for CPU Power Management but, CPU works better without it (Less CPU temp). But, with El Capitan, I don't think Kexts are being used/loaded into OS, especially NullCpuPowerManagement.kext (Fault of SIP, maybe?)I want to use Intel HD 4000 graphics natively (instead of ATI graphics by injection) with QE/CL & Brightness control, get CPU management by SMBIOS (using NCPM.kext) without using SSDT, Ability to use 3rd party Kexts, Working Shutdown/RestartPlease help me to find solutions... You can try to fine tune this RehabMan config for HD4000, 1388x768, When I use the above config.plist, my internal HDD partitions are not shown in Clover.. Even when fine tuned..
