baysailor
I first installed OS X 10.9 Mavericks on Workstation 12 Player. After installing the VMware Tools, the screen resolution increased so I could always have OS X fill the screen. When I installed Workstation 12 Pro, I cannot change the resolution; it will only show at a resolution of 1024 X 768. I used the VMware Unlocker 2.07 on each installation. This has happened on two of my computers which are: ASUS G75V Laptop with a i73630QM cpu, 16gb ram, Nvidia 670MX Gpu, and running Windows 10 Home 64bit ASUS P8P67 Pro mb 3.1 rev. with a i7 2600 cpu, 16gb ram, Nvidia GTX 750 2gb, and running Windows 7 Pro 64bit I have no problems updating any of the setups to El Capitan, but I still have problems getting full screen on the Pro version. Any help would be appreciated, thank you. Update: I have everything working, seems I did not use the vmware unlocker again when I installed WS 12 pro over the Player. Donk
Every time you upgrade or install VMware the changes get overwritten, so you will need to re-run the unlocker. Glad you got it sorted out.
