Help me install Yosemite on Gigabyte H97M-Gaming 3

Hi

 

Please, help me. I am trying install Mac OS 10.10 on this machine for two days and I got the same Kernel Panic all the time.

 

This is the machine spec:

 

Gigabyte H97M-Gaming 3 Bios Version F5

Intel Core i7-4790 - 3.60Ghz

Geforce GTX 760

8GM Ram

128GB SSD + 1TB HDD

 

Bios Settings:

 

- Load Optimized Defaults

- VT-d = Disabled

- Boot Mode Selection = Legacy Only

I am using Clover Bootloader v3320

I already tried so many flags and no way to the install screen show up, always got the same screen below

Please help me, what I am doing wrong ?

do a clean re-install with Enoch boot loader. use iMac 14.2 smbios.
