driverb Posted November 14, 2015 Share Posted November 14, 2015 Hello, i have a canon printer ir advance 2020l which does not print using my mac. I have many machines connected with unmanaged switch SMC. some machine print correctly without problem (some have mac os 10.8 ans some have mac os 10.10 version) so if i use web interface of printer, everything is ok i can print test page but if i would like to print a file, it tell me that the printer is receiving file and is connecting, it take many minutes and then nothing happen, no file printed. The document looks like it is sent to the printer. However, nothing prints. Any suggestions?
