Just out of interest what bootflags will I need for best performance Eg cpus=? busratio=? npci=0x???? PCIRootUID=? Anymore? BTW it is clocked at 2.80 GHz those look like you are on the right track. as long as you know the numbers to fill in. also -v (to see all the action and streams of double panics) and -f (reloads the libraries and ignores caches) and sometimes -x (safe boot) So, is it up and going? it's been months. Yep still going on Yosemite now. Preformance is a little slow but i am hoping to get a new GPU. Bootflags: cpus=1 busratio=14 (default) and that is it.
