mitch_de Posted October 22, 2015 Share Posted October 22, 2015 Hi, since El Captain (not Yosemite) i have problems with my GT 440. Using Apple driver all is working good- except most OpenCL progs. Most crash at start or later in the gpu tasks. If i use Nvidia Web drivers, OpenCL progs run well - but even worst probs (for everyday usage): Preview stalls a few seconds using sharpen, other functions. Videoplayer like Movist, MplayerX show no video, window has yellow colour. I can find, using Nvidia Web drivers (also newest) and apps like Video and Preview : 22.10.15 11:59:11,197 Preview[652]: HWJPEG not avaialble on this platform (funny, avaialble really wrong written in the console log ) Would be interesting which kext or framework part writes that HWJPEG not avaialble on this platform message in the log!
