soulcity84
Hi Just wondering, wanting to use a Intel i7 920 Bloomfield processor, on a Asus P6 Deluxe mobo question is: 1) will it work ok? 2) I was going to ask which version of a certain "he who shall not be mentioned 'Anthony Mac'" but realise he is not supported here!! (excellent), Learn something new everyday !! 3) In that case of "he who shall not be mentioned!!" anyone got any suggestions of software I can use to install, OS X on a PC, and steer me to any guide lines / videos etc 4) I will hopefully be using OS X Mountain Lion or Leopard or higher! Thanks for any advice.
Allan
Hi and Welcome to InsanelyMac! The CPU processor is good and compatible. But you need follow this guide for enable the Intel HD: [GUIDE] 1st Generation Intel HD Graphics QE/CI Or buy a PCI video compatible. And about Tonymac tools, we don't give support. Read our Forum Rules. If you want use our tools, download Chameleon or Clover in "Download" section.

Hangten
That i7 920 has not integrated graphics its CPU only. Its also non UEFI so your using a legacy boot. Tony, use to post here before he started his website. Its better to learn from Vanilla in my opinion... Goodluck Collect your kext's first that your board takes and you can start off on Snow Leopard or Lion-to present
