i7, xeon, dual cpu ?

hi

which path to take?
I did google and searched the forums for advice, but it seams "there are too many trees to see the forest" really.

I want simultaneously open virtual environments.
1- OSX
2- windows for gaming
3- windows office work

want the environments to "fly". I consider "flying system" as i7-6xxxK with 3.5GHz with 8GB

maybe the GFX980ti is enough or should I go for GFX Titan? will enjoy it for more years...

I am doing very little video or graphics intensive work. would like to see home movie render fast.

budget is not an issue really, though don't see real reason to spend money where its an overkill.

I am not really against dual xeon+32cores+64GB but is it an overkill ?
would be nice having each environment with its own 4 cores and 16GB each. but maybe its an overkill.
one i7 extreme seams as too little.

was thinking about upgradability in the future like starting with one CPU and adding one more, or starting with one GTX Titan and adding more in the future.
But is it really worth it? maybe just replacing MOBO and CPU in the future and be done with it?

thanks for advice
