Help: Scramble above Apple logo during boot

Please help. this is my cousin computer.  Everything went good with El Capitan installation and everything working great but I get a scramble at boot on Apple logo.  Do I need to edit something in config.plist or kext? Using Clover loader. See picture

Sorry, no help here but I also get that with a 5450. It didn't do it on Mavericks.

 

It might be something similar to the second stage boot corruption that Intel HD chips have. That requires patching IOGraphicsFamily but I don't think there's a similar patch for ATI. Or if it's something that can be patched.
