Hi everybody,

My name is Woody from France

I have hacked an Asus laptop for my niece with Mountain Lion 10.8.5.
Now some issues remain :

- no audio
- wake up from sleep impossible
- the mouse is inactive if plugged at boot
- the NumLK is alway disabled after boot
- brightness level

I believe the solutions are in a DSDT patching but it's over my competence actually.
Who could help me ?

Config files on : https://www.dropbox.com/sh/d5pz53wrm6q50xx/AABjVhNjtzPioWpoDAdfs2Jda?dl=0

Thanks in advance
Regards

Hi ParsiMan,

Thanks for answering
I extract the DSDT from Ubuntu plugged on an USB port of the laptop.
I didn't try to patch it with MacIasl or DSDT Editor because I am unable to fix the two syntax errors
In my clover ACPI config, I just checked the "NewWay" option.

My Yosemite install is working pretty well except for the shutdown process which is too slow.
The brightness of the screen would also need some adjustment.
I don't have any battery status but it's not a major issue because this machine will not travel a lot.

I have also extract the DSDT with MaciASL-patchmatic, but those files are unavaible because I already send this laptop to my niece. I will have to fix those issues during the next holiday in two weeks.
