EVGA X99 Micro - ALC1150 Audio

Hey guys,

So I've been having this one last issue on my build.  I (think I) have tried everything, but to no avail.  I've gotten everything else to work on my computer - even the Radeon HD 7770 by injecting the proper framebuffer that I had to patch (so annoying), but this audio has me stuck.

Here are my specs:

CPU: Intel i7-5820K @ 4.3 GHz (OC)

CPU Cooler: Thermalright Macho Rev.B

Motherboard: EVGA X99 Micro(v1) LGA-2011v3

Memory: 16GB G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 DDR4-2400

Graphics: MSI Radeon HD 7770 with 1GB VRAM (R7770-PMD1GD5)

Storage: 2x Samsung 850 EVO 256GB

Case: BitFenix Prodigy M

Monitors: 2x Asus VN248H-P 1080p IPS Displays

Here is what I've tried to so far:

  1. ALC1150 patched kext from some USB installer.  Nothing happened.  No fix.
  2. toleda's Audio_CloverALC patch
I followed the steps for Clover X99. I used native AppleHDA.kext, patched DSDT, patched AppleHDAController.kext, injected audio layout 1, ran.command, rebuilt kernel cache.

This results in the computer recognizing the ports and it even recognizes when I plug headphones in.  However, no sound comes out.
  3. VoodooHDA
I installed VoodooHDA using the installer.  This resulted in loud white-noise being emitted through the speakers.  I tried messing with the gain and SSE settings, but that didn't do anything.

Any help is really appreciated.  Thank you!

Try native 10.9.5 AppleHDA.kext_v2.6.3.; install with kext installer, run cloverALC script.

Verify config.plist/KernelAndKextPatches/KextsToPatch/Item ?/10.9.4-10.10-/x99 ALC Onboard Audio (comment)

Still not working, see Post #1, Problem Reporting, Yosemite: Audio - Realtek ALC AppleHDA
