Hey guys, recently I built a new computer rig. Everything is working great under windows on another hard drive, but when my Samsung EVO 850 came in I quickly got started on trying to get Yosemite on it. So I made a Clover install USB and plugged it into my computer. But when I try to boot the installer I get a kernel panic.

Here's the specs of the computer:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4690k (no overlock yet, running at stock speeds.)

GPU: MSI Gaming 4G GTX 970 (removed for installation, read it on reddit somewhere)

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97M-D3H

RAM: Crucial 8gbx2 (Only one ram stick in for installation, again, read it on reddit somewhere)

I have tried every single boot arg I could think of, and I need this up and running really quick because I am creating a video for my science teacher and I only have the Adobe suite for mac, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Johnny

<key>Arguments</key>
<string>npci=0x2000 nvda_drv=1 kext-dev-mode=1</string>

Try using this in your config.plist

Did you, put the appropriate kext's in your Clover boot loader?

What Mac model are you using in your simbios?
